Both clubs were existing clients of inTouch web services and had undergone several site upgrades over the years. After considering their alternatives the merged club executives decided to once again utilise our services for their important site upgrade.
This time around the challenge was to simplify the site information for members, integrating both clubs into a single site, and make a serious attempt to welcome the growing Chinese membership of both clubs.
The site needed to be largely maintained in-house, so a simple back-end was required, and it had to include a multilingual process that was manageable.
We launched the English site first, following soon after by the multilingual elements in March 2016 and provided management with the basic knowledge to self-manage.
