Before ordering The Expired Domains Report you must agree to the following terms and conditions. 1.You agree to register as a new customer for the purpose of receiving accurate invoices. 2.You agree that your password access will commence only upon receipt of your payment and will cease once your chosen period has elapsed unless a renewal payment has been received. 3. You understand that the reports consist of a compiled list of short and generic Australian domain names which have recently expired, sourced from our strategic partnerships. 4. You accept there are no guarantees that the domains contained within these reports will still be available for registration by the time you receive and/or read them. 5. You accept that there is no guaranteed frequency of updates for these reports - it is aimed to update the reports at least twice weekly - more frequently where possible - however the frequency of updates may vary. In the event of an extended delay to the updates of the reports, a pro-rata refund may be offered at our discretion. 6. Prior to your subscription lapsing, you will receive a repeat invoice offering a renewal subscription at the highest current level. To terminate or vary your current subscription level at any time simply contact us via email. 7. You agree the reports are for your personal use only - you will not publish the reports in any media (including web sites) or make the reports publicly available, or on-sell the reports. 8. Report format is via a password-protected web page and access details can only be sent to the single email address you specify on your application. You may vary your nominated email address at any time. 9. We reserve the right to refuse any individual or business subscription for any reason. 10. These conditions may be varied at any time without notice. 11. In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions your subscription will be immediately cancelled without refund.
